By using easyaccounting.lk, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and accept them in full during the entire period you remain as a student of the easyaccounting.lk learning platform:
1. Registration
You must complete the self-registration form in full when accessing easyaccounting.lk for the first time. You can select either the CMA courses Registration or Other category based on your requirements.
2. Account Use
The online access provided by easyaccounting.lk is authorized for a single user only. Under no circumstances should two students use the same account. You are strictly instructed not to share your user ID with others.
3. Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your password must include at least one capital letter and one number. You are prohibited from sharing your password with others.
4. Educational Use
You are permitted to use the online access exclusively for educational purposes. Any use beyond this is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for videos and educational resources must be made initially. Once paid, the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. Cash Deposit Access
If making a cash deposit, access will be granted within 12 to 36 hours. You must include the reference number or deposit slip when transferring funds.
7. Access to Resources
Once payment is made, you will be granted access to the classes/videos and educational resources. Videos will expire after the exam date of the relevant batch. If you need to re-watch for the next exam, you will have to repurchase the content. Students cannot transfer to other batches or qualifications.
8. Uploading of Videos
Videos will be uploaded regularly to the website, which could be on a weekly, by-weekly, or monthly basis.
9. Logging Out
After watching videos, you must log out to ensure secure access.
10. Device Usage
A student may use only one computer and one mobile device to watch videos. Both devices cannot be used simultaneously. If your device is broken, you may contact support to reset your devices.
11. Suspicious Activities
Any activities such as sharing user IDs, using multiple devices, or attempting to copy videos will result in your account being permanently blocked.
12. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical failure, such as electricity failure or data shortage, causing disconnection from the class/video, you are responsible for restoring your resources and logging in again. A stable internet connection and a functional device are required to watch videos on easyaccounting.lk.
13. Prohibited Actions
Downloading, copying, altering, or sharing the class/videos with others is strictly prohibited. Legal actions will be taken against any participants involved in such activities.
14. Discounts
For any discounts, including repurchase discounts, we may request supporting documents, such as your previous result sheet. Failure to provide such documents may lead to account suspension or blocking.
15. Reading Materials & Exams
Reading materials and exam questions provided by easyaccounting.lk should only be used for learning purposes and must not be shared with others or used for any other activities.
16. Prizes and Promotional Use
If you win a prize after enrolling in a course, easyaccounting.lk has the authority to use your information for promotional and motivational activities for future students.
17. Copyrighted Content
All class materials, videos, and other resources provided are copyrighted properties of easyaccounting.lk.
18. Data Protection
The institute collects sensitive student information (e.g., Name, Date of Birth,NIC no) for record-keeping, which is retained under the country's data protection policies. Exam results will only be shared with third parties upon receiving student consent.
19. Website Compatibility
The easyaccounting.lk website is compatible with all major browsers.
